Intake + Initial Assessment
Your journey starts with a one-on-one consultation and a comprehensive intake. This initial session is designed to understand your unique biopsychosocial context—what you’re experiencing physically, emotionally, mentally, and relationally.

Custom Plan Design
Sessions are typically held weekly or biweekly and conducted online for ease and accessibility. Together, we regularly assess progress—adjusting as needed to keep your care aligned, impactful, and designed to grow with you.
Evolve
From there, we co-create a plan that includes a review of your stressors, symptoms, and lifestyle; clarification of your personal and therapeutic goals; and recommendations for session frequency, along with integration with other services if needed.
