What We Offer

Our fitness therapy services are designed to support your goals and your lifestyle, with multiple formats available:

  • 1:1 Personal Training
    Individualized, hands-on sessions with full attention on your form, mobility, and strength goals

  • Semi-Private Sessions
    Small group training (2–4 people) for those who want community and accountability while still receiving personal guidance

  • Program-Only Coaching
    Receive a fully customized training plan, complete with check-ins and feedback—ideal for self-starters who prefer independent execution with expert oversight

  • Hybrid Coaching (Fitness + Therapy + Coaching)
    Combine physical training with deeper therapeutic and lifestyle support for full-spectrum progress

Flexible Delivery. Same High Standards.

You can choose to train in-person, online, or a hybrid of both. Each format includes the same level of customization and care:

  • In-Person (Vancouver & LA—coming soon)
    Hands-on support, hands-down results

  • Online
    Ideal for remote clients or frequent travelers—includes live Zoom sessions or recorded video support, plus custom app-based plans

  • Hybrid
    Best of both worlds—mix in-person and virtual sessions to meet your schedule and stay consistent wherever you are

Intake + Initial Assessment

We begin with a comprehensive consultation where we review your medical history, injury background, movement patterns, and goals. This includes mobility testing, strength assessments, and lifestyle analysis.

Custom Plan Design

We track your progress together—adjusting as needed, celebrating wins, and refining the plan as your capacity grows. You’ll have expert support every step of the way to ensure your progress is safe, strategic, and steady.

Evolve

From that foundation, we build a tailored plan—rooted in evidence-based programming and aligned with your real life. Every element is intentional, from warm-ups and strength progressions to recovery protocols.
